Electronic Software Delivery
As of Tuesday, 15th
November at 13:00 GMT, electronic delivery of software &
documentation became the preferred method for new product shipments for
all Mentor European sales organisations. This important milestone will
enable us here at Saros Technology to get all of Mentor’s latest
technology into your organisation even faster than before.
Many of you should
already have been made aware of this new service in recent editions of
the SupportPro weekly newsletter. For those not subscribed to this
mailing, the announcement is also posted on the SupportNet home page http://www.mentor.com/supportnet/news/electronic_del_new_orders.html
In future, full details of
both download and SupportNet instructions will be supplied with each
order we process. We will also continue to give customers the option of
a physical shipment under exceptional circumstances - which may be
necessary for accounting purposes or firewall/bandwidth restrictions ,
etc.
