If you are licensing your software from a dongle, it is also necessary to have the correct driver for your dongle type and operating system.
The Windows installer for most dongle types is are available here. This includes Windows 2003, XP and Vista drivers for dongles numbers starting 6,7,8 or 9 and Windows 2000 drivers for 9 series dongles.
Alternatively the individual drivers for the 9 series USB dongles for all supported operating systems can be downloaded here.
